At Indulgent our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times. The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging on in stock orders are normally complete within 24-48 hours after the order is placed.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. US orders are normally shipped via US Postal Service. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 3 and 7 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. Note: International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days after processing and leaving the warehouse.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us using the contact us form above. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted and result in a declined refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products or hand sanitizers). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards, sale, discounted, or free items as these transactions are final.
All ingredients used are derived from natural sources. All products are made, bottled, and labeled by hand locally. Please see ingredients list under each product information.
Shake gently and spray desired amount under car seats and turn on floor vents to circulate. In homes spray curtains, rugs, furniture, etc. For best results use with an electric diffuser/humidifier.
Exchange & Refund Policy
No exchanges after shipment or departure from market. Must make new purchase.
See return policy before refund policy may be executed. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus any shipping charges that The Site paid or deemed as free shipping on your order at the time of your purchase. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
